With a degree in psychology, I began my career in recruitment, drawn to the opportunity to directly impact people's lives. Over the past four years, I have built strong relationships with engineering and manufacturing professionals across various industries, including heavy manufacturing, FMCG, chemicals, solar, and oil and gas. My experience recruiting across such diverse sectors has given me a unique advantage, allowing me to deeply understand each industry's specific demands and recruit talent that meets those needs with precision and insight.

I specialise in recruiting for mid to senior-level roles within the B2B manufacturing industry, with a focus on operations, maintenance, quality assurance, project management, automation, research and development (R&D), health, safety, environment (HSE), and sustainability.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of work, I enjoy performing jazz, R&B, and pop hits at events and bars. I’m also passionate about aerial sports and calisthenics.
